Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your jewelry, we are here to help.
General Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
What can be returned?
- Regular stock jewelry (standard chains, bracelets).
- Items with manufacturing defects (reported within 48h).
- Gifts (processed as store credit).
Non-Returnable
- Custom pieces (with engravings or names).
- Clearance items ("Final Sale").
- Jewelry showing signs of wear or alteration.
Return Process
- Request: Email us at soporte@dtallesjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email (the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, approx. $15).
- Shipping: Package the jewelry securely in its original box and drop it off at the designated post office.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the piece (3-5 business days), we will process the refund to your original payment method.
